HDB has launched an auction for the latest executive condominium, Altura EC, which is situated in Bukit Batok Town. The public auction for Altura EC project at Bukit Batok West Avenue 8 will end at 12 noon on 8 March 2022. This residential property is set to have 375 units, with a 99-year lease. After the auction is concluded, the successful bidder will have to undergo a property assessment before taking possession of the land.
